Accelerators for Internet Explorer

Accelerators are another nifty new feature that make up Internet Explorer 8’s already impressive arsenal. They are designed to make your browsing experience faster and easier, and to help you complete daily tasks with an air of efficiency usually reserved for 007.

Whether it be looking up driving directions, translating words, or e-mailing a funny article to your friends, each of these tasks requires numerous steps from start to finish. You will often find yourself copying information from one web page, pasting it into another, viewing the results, and then returning to the previous web page to pick up where you left off.
